We'll discuss the group blog project tonight. One of the tools that may help some of you is to have a truly convenient way to share documents with one another, or to send me big files easily. One very nice solution to both of these concerns was released as a public beta late last night. It's called Dropbox.
Some of you have already received invites to join Dropbox (a free service), others will receive an invite in the near future. This is an optional, but potentially powerful, tool for you to consider.
We won't have time to really discuss or see Dropbox in class. However, I have provided a 12 minute tutorial movie on how and why you may want to use this service. The download is 62 Mb in size. This movie has no chapters.
